Job Description
The role also involves evaluating baseline Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, preparing proposals on change initiatives, supporting the execution of OpCo Fintech strategy in the territory, conducting demand planning, forecasting product performance, executing territory-specific initiatives, managing profitable and sustainable partnerships, executing trade promotional activities, achieving Below the Line (BTL) visibility objectives across all outlet types and categories in the region, undertaking regional marketing surveys, executing territory-specific MoMo PSB trade marketing initiatives, integrating fintech strategy within all relevant channels, preparing periodic reports on sales performance, profitability, and operator performance trends, and ensuring a standard look and feel across all fintech retail outlet types in the territory.
Job Requirements
Requirements include a degree (B.Sc. or HND) in any related discipline or its equivalent in the area of specialization, relevant postgraduate qualifications, 3-7 years of work experience, a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ total experience in regional implementation or an allied field, experience in fintech, banking, or mobile money, and experience working in a global or multinational enterprise with a good understanding of emerging markets.
