The role also involves performing stock inventory during shifts and reporting to line managers. Proper shift handover is essential according to Nestle Continuous Excellence standards. The supervisor must act as an end user in the shift, ensuring transactions are properly captured in SAP and coordination during break pairing. Professional production reports and related documents are required.

Requirements
To be successful in this position you must have:
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering (Food Science/Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural or related field).
- 5 years proven experience with strong character as a Line Technician in the plant of interest and 3 years as a supervisor.
- Good attitude to work and ability to interact and communicate with people.
- Demonstration of technical ability by proactively confronting machine malfunctions.
- Demonstration of analytical ability to make accurate evaluation of multiple and complex data in making an informed decision.
- Must be result oriented – ability to meet deadlines, ability to achieve result through other people, and a problem solver.
