The role involves working independently and collaboratively on channel integration design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, producing clear debug reports, and leading engineering support.

- Join Palmpay’s dynamic team as a Junior / Intermediate Software Engineer. Be a key player in the payment network team, focusing on channel integration design and investigation.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively throughout all phases of channel integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative solutions aligned with development goals.
- Produce clear, well-documented debug reports and actively participate in issue fixing and service stability improvements.
- Lead engineering support, release, and on-call responsibilities for an always-on 24×7 site.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software design and IT support experience.
- Strong Fintech, Banking, and PTSP industry experience.
- 3+ years of software development using Java, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, and Micro Service.
- Exposure to InterSwitch, UPSL, NIBSS, and 3Line is preferred.
- Adaptability to changing business priorities.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
